Suitable candidates will ideally have Clinical Negligence experience, but someone who has experience of complex and high value PI cases would also be considered as there's enough alignment to make that an appropriate background. Most important is having strong client skills and real empathy for claimants. 2yrsPQE and upwards is the sort of level they're hoping for so that they're not training someone from scratch, but they'll view every application on its merits.
You'll be fitting into the middle of a team, so will get direction but also will be expected to assist more junior colleagues. Hybrid working pattern. Strong framework for career development for those who want it.
An interesting role in a great location, especially for someone North Yorkshire based who doesn't want a longer commute into Leeds.
