My client is an established Legal 500 rated mid-tier firm with a decent profile in Leeds, and which tries to get the balance right between productivity and their team enjoying work day to day - targets are very reasonable and hybrid working is embraced. They even pay travel costs, which is an appreciated benefit for those who live a bit further away. If you are perhaps in Hull, Sheffield or North Yorkshire then this contribution should be particularly useful for you, indeed they do have employees from all of these locations.
Their corporate team is busy, acting for a broad mix of SME/OMB clients and with a strong network of intermediary relationships. They're interested to add further resource, most likely at a relatively junior level. That said, they need someone who has got a bit of something about them, who will be good with clients, and who'll be keen to join in efforts to raise profile. Anyone who has run their own deals at an appropriate level will be of interest, though there will of course be support and further training available to ensure you keep learning and benefit from working with more senior colleagues.
