RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER - HUDDERSFIELD

This Legal 500 rated Yorkshire law firm is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing lawyer to join their tight team based in central Huddersfield. Our client is a long established and successful West Yorkshire practice with a full service spread to commercial and private clients, both local and also some further afield.

Working at the head of a team of Assistants and Secretaries, on a technical level you should be competent with a wide rand of residential conveyancing work including, unregistered land, leasehold matters, investor work and new-builds, and you'll not be phased by higher value transactions. Day to day you'll have plenty of autonomy, though with support from a partner when you need it.

Experience and ability is more important than a particular qualification in this instance and so Solicitors or Execs or CLC will all be considered on their merits.

Our client still promotes the importance of client contact in residential conveyancing, therefore you can expect a decent level of client exposure. As the main residential property specialist you should be able to handle your own caseload and maintain effective client relationships as this firm thrives on locally sourced work and its good reputation in the region.

This is an excellent standalone opportunity for a residential conveyancing lawyer, looking to progress their career in a well-liked and friendly firm.

Brooke Thornham Consulting advertisements use PQE levels purely as a guide to the level of experience required for the role and this does not prohibit applications from candidates who are able to demonstrate the necessary skills and experience. We aim to respond to enquiries as soon as possible but if we have not contacted you within 5 days then unfortunately on this occasion your application has not quite met the requirements of our client closely enough.
