An experienced Commercial Property Solicitor who needs no technical guidance day to day, you'll lead a small team (solicitors and secretarial support) and assume a good degree of visibility for this brand amongst its property client base.

Work handled by the firm includes site acquisition and set up for residential development, a range of lease work, sales and purchases of a variety of property from retail units, offices and industrial premises, to dealing with lenders. It's an interesting mix with some quirks and complexity to be expected.
