Specifically they're hoping to find someone from an upstream brand, so they'll have had excellent quality exposure to date, but be someone who has realised that bigger isn't better! 2023 Admitted candidates or Spring 2024 qualifiers is what they're wanting, but September 2024 NQs just at the moment won't be right.
With this firm personality counts, and they're very encouraging to those with interests and ideas of their own which they might want to develop within the business. You'll be well supervised and supported but also treated as an adult. The relatively compact size of the firm means you'll get plenty of exposure, to legal work and the broader life of the business.
