Property Litigation specialist required by a high profile Leeds brand which has a strong property offering and enjoys national visibility for its retail sector work.

You'll be fitting in to the middle of the team, hence c3yrsPQE and upwards is essential as they're looking for someone who is up to speed running mixed property litigation files, rather than someone who needs significant further training. You'll enjoy a breadth of work and plenty of client contact and the chance to foster relationships for yourself. The firm acts for a lot of household names which are sizeable independent businesses, so there is every possibility here to build your reputation and grow your own client relationships in a way that wouldn't be possible in a larger firm which was focused on plc's and institutional clients.

The firm is unusual in that is has a particularly flat structure, without a lot of differentiation by title or standing - lawyers are all respected for their contribution and expertise be that a Solicitor with 10yrsPQE, or a Paralegal, ILEX or Apprentice - this isn't an environment which restricts opportunity or exposure according to what professional route someone has followed.

Candidates from national or regional brands should integrate well into this busy unit, with an employer which has a straight forward to approach to it's provision of legal services - it knows who it is and what it's clients want, and that's exactly what it delivers.
