This is a substantial opportunity with a solid and straight talking business that is highly profitable. The business is very much focused on the regional market so day to day you will be dealing with mixed corporate transactions within a small team that is not only visible but also 100% committed to their regional client base. This firm is commercially minded, down to earth and fundamentally a very strong business.
This will suit someone who most likely presently is not in the equity at their firm, or is at a firm which has a disappointing PEP or small profit distribution pool. Important is that you are someone looking for visibility and influence whilst further enhancing the solid structure that already exists here, and working closely with the Head of Department in profile raising and also in nurturing the team.
The firm is multi site, is committed to Yorkshire and is very much a strong and silent type - an established brand but not a showy one. Leeds, West Yorkshire and North Yorkshire candidates can all be considered on merit. At this level they will expect someone to have a base of intermediary contacts and some track record in winning work, though they appreciate that it is hard to quantify a following, so it's a relatively soft landing for someone who'll also be streamed work from the firms existing clients.
