My client is wanting to add a second Partner to it's Corporate transactional team in Leeds, and that person will be someone with a baseline following that they wish to continue to build with support from the business. You'll be attaching yourself to a small but busy and profitable corporate team, and ploughing your own furrow with assistance from existing fee earners and in due course hiring further to broaden the team.

This strategic growth is fully supported by the partnership, but it's needing the right candidate. Brand background will be a decent commercial firm be that big law, national, regional or niche.

Legal Directors or even Managing Associates who want to arrive as a Partner are very welcome, the crux being the modest base following which quite possibly will be less than twice salary, but sufficient to wash your face and to demonstrate some generative capability and strength of relationships to date. If you're thinking you're a little way off that then it's highly likely this firm would talk to you anyway because they want the right fit equally as much as new revenue.
